Positive Indicators

  • The halal offer is first-party and sits in the ordering system itself, not only in marketing copy.
  • It is confirmed on a second channel the shop controls, its own Facebook page.

Points to Consider

  • Halal is a choice on each pizza, so it covers what you select rather than the whole shop.
  • Pepperoni, bacon and salami are not described, so what meat they are has not been established.
  • A Regular option is offered alongside the halal one, so both are prepared here.

Analysis performed:

Our Recommendation:

You can order any pizza here with the Halal option, which the shop offers as a required choice. The menu also names pepperoni, bacon and salami without saying what meat they are, so ask about your toppings if that matters to you.

Is Pizza Boyz Mulgrave halal?

Partly. The shop offers a required choice between a Halal and a Regular option on every pizza, so halal is available here. It also sells cured meats the menu does not describe.

Does Pizza Boyz Mulgrave serve pork?

No item on the menu is named pork. Pepperoni, bacon and salami appear without the menu saying what meat they are.

Why does Pizza Boyz Mulgrave show halal options rather than halal?

Because halal is offered as a choice on each pizza rather than being what the whole shop is, and several cured meats on the same menu are not described. Halal options are available here rather than the whole shop being halal.
